Morgan Funke
CEO
Morgan is a visionary leader who loves praying about God’s plans for the future, then bringing them into reality. After 20+ years in nonprofit, her passion is helping Kingdom leaders fulfill their God given visions. Morgan and her husband Nathan run a sustainability ministry together and are building a minifarm. In 2024 they welcomed long awaited miracle twins.

Will Miller
Chief Relationship Officer
Will has just under 20 years of ministry and nonprofit experience, with over 12 years spent internationally. With the heart and skills of a connector, Will loves being “the guy that knows a guy/girl”. His experience and creativity have led him to have a full resume, yet he prides himself in having a full home. He and his wife, Tara, have two boys and a girl.

Leticia Tschetter
Chief Operating Officer
Leticia brings over 15 years of ministry leadership experience, including international missions. She specializes in aligning vision, people, and systems to build healthy foundations for leaders and sustainable ministry growth across cultures. She lives in Portland, OR and loves rainy days, good coffee, and the outdoors!

Becs Mcvay
Development Director
Becs has over 15 years of experience in missions, ministry, and nonprofits. She loves strategic planning and seeing big dreams come to life. An alumni of YWAM and Iris Ministries, Becs is British by birth and a globe-trotter at heart. She is a grateful mama to three incredible kids and two furry friends, and lives for the moments when Jesus’ love transforms lives and communities.

Jenna VanderHaar
Administrative Manager
Jenna has worked overseas with ministries since 2017, walking alongside others as they bring their dreams to life. A logistics queen who loves checking things off a to-do list, she’s passionate about holistic healing that nourishes body, mind, and soul. She enjoys warm weather, traveling, and creating welcoming spaces where others can flourish.

Breanna Weltner
Events & Marketing Coordinator
Breanna brings nearly 10 years of marketing and missions. She is deeply passionate about creating spaces where people can connect meaningfully and loves getting lost in the details of an event. Outside of work and travel, she can be found backpacking, painting, scrolling Pinterest, or sipping coffee with her sweet husband in Boise, ID.

Donna Barton
Staff Pastor
Reverend Donna is an ordained pastor with a heart for people of all ages. She has served in youth and adult ministry, speaks at camps and retreats, loves preaching and teaching and offers premarital counseling while officiating weddings, baptisms, and Celebration of Life services. Donna is passionate about caring for pastors, missionaries, and the brokenhearted. She enjoys time on the family sailboat with her husband and young adult son – where faith, laughter, and a little sea breeze go hand in hand.

Anne Ongyod
Systems and Automation Coordinator
Anne Ongyod has 15 years of non-profit experience with highlights including leading international service learning trips and practicing inner healing prayer. She’s excited by helping people and systems grow healthily. Traveling and discovering the unique beauty of new people and places brings her joy…especially if she can hike, snorkel or take a cooking class while there. She is a wife and mom to two awe-inspiring kids.

After 10+ years in tech, Nathan founded a ministry advancing food and sustainability systems worldwide. He designs practical processes that make life easier, brings strategic wisdom to The Cause, and tackles big-picture challenges. He’s building a minifarm with 50+ chickens alongside his wife (our CEO) and their twin daughters.

Mason’s ministry journey began with the World Race, and he has since led discipleship teams and developed young leaders in ministry and business. An entrepreneur in real estate and multiple startups, he lives in Boise, Idaho, with his wife Emily and daughter Addie, passionate about seeing lives transformed through the Father’s love.

Donna holds a Master of Divinity from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and is in the ordination process. She has served in youth and adult ministry, speaks at camps and retreats, offers premarital counseling, and officiates weddings, baptisms, and Celebration of Life services. She leads care for pastors and missionaries and comes alongside the brokenhearted. Donna enjoys life on the family sailboat with her husband and young adult son.

RJ Taylor
Director
RJ Taylor is a growth strategist and entrepreneur who builds systems that foster belonging and sustainable growth. He leads multiple ventures helping organizations reach the right people. A dad of three and world traveler with his wife, he’s passionate about multiplying impact and sharing God’s love.

Michael Coffey
Director
Michael served nearly 15 years as a Youth, Teaching, and Executive Pastor before becoming CEO of Cultiver Group, providing values-based executive coaching. A certified coach with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, he inspires growth and transformation. Married 30 years, he’s a proud father of four and classic car enthusiast.

Adeyemi Isaac Adeyemo
Yemi Adeyemo is a builder and mentor committed to developing people and shaping purpose-driven work. He brings a global perspective and a faith-centered lens to leadership, strategy, and long-term impact.

Bertram Wang
Rev. Bertram Wang holds an MDiv from Talbot in Pastoral and Generational ministries and is a retired pastor with ECO: A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians. He has served in church ministry and with the Synod of ECO. He lives in Torrance, CA with his wife.

Christine Vanderpool
Christine brings experience in marketing, graphic design, project management, and event planning and is passionate about supporting mission driven work. She helps turn ideas into meaningful action and has been involved in many community volunteer initiatives that strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.

Bill Smith
Bill’s heart is to serve those who are serving Christ and provide for the needs of the underserved. He spent his career as an entrepreneur building multiple businesses and loves to use his strategic mind to help ministries grow. Most importantly Bill has followed Jesus for 45+ years, been married to Carol for 40 years, and is a father and grandfather.

Carol Smith
First and foremost Carol is a follower of Christ. She loves encouraging others and building God inspired dreams. A transformative trip to Eswatini ignited her passion to partner with ministries. She has been married for 40 years to her husband Bill, is mom to 3 adult children, and Mia (grandma) to 3. She loves to read, study, and enjoy time outside.
