Jared Aure
Who we are:
Good Together is operated by Jared Aure and several other faithful Christians who generously volunteer their time and talents. Jared is a former tech executive who spent almost a decade living in San Francisco as a single Christian before meeting his now-wife, Tanvi. Prior to his time in SF, Jared first grew to appreciate the effectiveness of the speed dating process while working as an event promoter in Madison, Wisconsin. Though now happily married, the desire to provide dating opportunities for Bay Area Christians remains heavy on his heart. To be involved in an effort to put Godly men and women on a path leading toward the Sacrament of Marriage, while simultaneously converting earthly treasure into heavenly treasure, is a blessing he's very grateful for and he's excited to see what God has in store for Good Together's future.
Who we serve:
Single Christians trying to date in the Bay Area quickly realize the proverbial deck is stacked against them. Good Together exists to help even the odds. By working to facilitate romantic relationships between men and women of faith, we seek to improve both the lives of our brothers and sisters in Christ and the health of the Church body collectively.
Simultaneously, by charging a small fee for our events, Good Together raises funds that are distributed directly to individuals (via missionaries) living in impoverished conditions all over the world. This approach allows us to repurpose wealth accumulated in one of the most economically prosperous regions of the earth and use it to materially bless individuals deprived of access to financial resources and economic opportunity. In an effort to adhere to the instructions given in Mathew 25:40-45, 100% of all proceeds are redistributed.
How you can pray:
- That God would direct our every decision. If he's not involved, we don't want to be either.
- That the right people would have their eyes opened to the potential.
