Who We Are
Dr. Charles and Sandra Redding have been in vocational ministry for over 30 years. Charles has served on the staff of churches in Texas and Florida in multiple roles, but primarily as a Pastor for Preschool, Children and Families. Sandra has been active in all of these ministries and helped develop much of the materials we have used for 30 years. Charles has multiple degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling, as well as, degrees in Christian Education and Children’s Ministry. Sandra has multiple degrees in Early Childhood Education.
Hope Spills Over Ministries is the next phase in ministry for Charles and Sandra. Hope Spills Over Ministries exists to help individuals and families find faith and hope. Based on Romans 15:13, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Who We Serve
In order to help individuals and families experience the hope that spills over, we provide resources, education, encouragement, counseling, and coaching to individuals, couples, families, and ministers and spouses. We also provide training for churches related to:
