Who we are:
I have been given the opportunity to serve alongside two organizations: Wholeness Journey and Face of Justice with one mission of creating space for transformation and healing through bringing God's love to those who have experienced emotional/physical abuse, maltreatment and/or poverty. I am so honored to be called to partner with amazing leaders to further their impact for the Kingdom.
Serving as Operations Director of Wholeness Journey, I manage all logistics and finances for our service retreats. I also lead the teams, alongside Jess, bringing ease and structure to the group creating a transformational trip for everyone. From meal prepping, to creating budgets and connecting with the participants, I can see the Lord highlighting my gifts in this role and stretching me in my leadership abilities.
I also have the opportunity to bring healing workshops and events to the ladies rescued from sex trafficking in Costa Rica while organizing and planning a new branch of ministry in Jacó, Costa Rica with Face of Justice. My heart is to show God's love through movement, mindfulness and different therapies bringing hope to women who have suffered injustice. I am able to share my passion and skills for healing in the mind, the body and the soul as we all grow together in our identity in Christ.
Who we serve:
I serve the Wholeness Journey teams and leadership through managing operations and logistics.
As a team we serve women who have experienced abuse, poverty and refugee situations, including women who have had their identity stripped through prostitution and sex trafficking. In my spare time, I also have a heart to serve my fellow women leaders in ministry in providing rest, refreshment and holistic health practices.
How you can pray:
- The participants coming on Wholeness Journeys to serve and grow in their own walk with the Lord.
- Guidance in direction of Wholeness Journey trips and opportunities as we are growing and gaining more capacity for future trips.
- Provision of a physical space in Jacó to receive survivors of trafficking and lead them to healing and wholeness.
- My own walk with the Lord, that I may continue to be strengthened in my faith, wisdom and discernment.
