Resource Development Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote) – posted May 1, 2026 – Position Filled, no longer accepting applications
What if your creativity could help multiply Kingdom impact by strengthening leaders already serving their own communities?
The Cause is a fast-growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves Christian leaders working among underserved communities worldwide. We provide nonprofit structure, strategic coaching, and community so our partners can accomplish their God-given visions. Our partners serve refugees, orphans, widows, survivors of trafficking, displaced populations, and more.
This role is uniquely focused on our HomeGrown Leaders – local leaders serving the communities they were born in.
The Resource Development Coordinator will help develop resources, tell stories, and build systems that directly support and strengthen these leaders. Working closely with the Chief Relationship Officer, they will translate vision into tangible resources, experiences, and communications that serve our partners and broader network.
Key Responsibilities:
Create resources (videos, guides, tools) that support HomeGrown Leaders
Capture and share their stories to increase visibility and advocacy
Improve the overall partner experience through thoughtful communication
Support church engagement through storytelling and creative assets
Turn vision into practical, meaningful deliverables
Who you are:
A creative builder who executes with clarity and follow-through
Experienced in storytelling, content creation, or media (video strongly preferred)
Organized, proactive, and relational
Passionate about empowering leaders globally
Why this role matters: When HomeGrown Leaders are supported well, their impact doesn’t just grow – it multiplies within their own communities.
